We’re Nicole and Luke Baab, owners of Retro Room, a video game store in Midlothian, Virginia. We started Retro Room in 2018 as a retro gaming subscription service. Since then, we’ve sold games online and brought Retro Room to pop-ups, community events, and conventions like Williamsburg Comicon. Now we’re putting down roots with a store of our own right here in Midlothian.

Retro Room buys, sells, and trades video games, consoles, accessories, and Pokémon cards from the 1980s through today. Our inventory is cleaned, tested, and guaranteed, so you can feel good about what you’re taking home.

We built Retro Room to be the kind of game store we’d want to visit: fun, nostalgic, knowledgeable, and approachable. Come in hunting for a game you haven't seen since childhood, trade in the games and systems you’re finished with, add to your Pokémon collection, or just look around and enjoy some free-to-play games. We’re happy to help.
